Reporting Problems
Temporary If you know answers to the questions in the table you can fill them in in this spreadsheet
Report the following issues to (either InfoPoint or):
- Showers / toilets are flooded or broken: Report to
- No toilet paper in specific location: Extra toilet paper is available at:
- Showers have no hot water or are too hot: Report to

Maps
When reporting an issue, if you cannot resolve it yourself, it is really important that you provide sufficient information as to the location of the problem!
If you want an area added to the map
Make a record of the co-ordinates: if it is just a point location, use longitude and latitude (ideally to six decimal places).
If it is an area, record all the co-ordinates of the corners of the area to ensure that the boundary can be correctly mapped. Send this list of coordinates to
Deirdre’s email clearly stating what the area that is being mapped is (how it should be labelled on a map)

Please report any items that need to be specifically labelled to Dee at InfoPoint. She will include the Unicycling / Fire Space / Volleyclub courts etc when she has their locations!
